Brand Story

Loving Charlotte is a small business owned and operated in Chicago, IL by Julia Starr McCloud (me!). After rescuing my dog Charlotte from PAWS Chicago, I was on the hunt for cute accessories. I love 18th century French, Venetian, and Victorian fashion design. I have a deep love for animals, history, fashion, and art so my business is a direct reflection of that <3 thank you for your support!
