• What are the ID tags made of? Are they heavy?

Our pet ID tags are sculpted out of polymer clay and sealed with UV resin making them incredibly lightweight, weather resistant, and cute! Please do not allow your pet to chew our charms as they can be dangerous if ingested, contact an emergency vet immediately if this occurs.

• How big are the ID tags?

We do not have an official size chart for the pet ID tags, however, most products have a size comparison photo. Most tags are around the size of a quarter.

• I have x breed of dog, what tag should I get?

Larger breeds are better suited for Anne and Madeleine charms. Madeleine is the biggest charm we sell and Lilette is the smallest. Lilette is VERY small, ideal for puppies and toy breeds.

• Do you have an Etsy?

• Why are the ID tags more expensive than what I can buy at the pet store?

I currently do not have any employees except myself (Julia) and Charlotte (the dog). Due to the detailed nature making of things by hand (or paw), the process takes longer than normal! I limit the use of poly cutters so each flower is made petal by petal just like real flowers. This means each tag is unique and no two tags will ever be exactly the same - one of the principles I founded my business on.

• How long does processing take for ID tags?

Some tags may already be in stock and can be immediately customized and fulfilled in an order. If the tag needs to restock, it will process within 3 days.
